Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling is arranged by us and we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. Charge for delivery is incorperated within our order form. Internationl delivery charges are priced on an indiviual basis and you will be informed directly from us by phone. You can also pick up direct from our showroom if you wish to fo go any delivery cost.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in approximatley 28 business days ( 4weeks) . International orders may take longer due to delivery arrangements.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy When you have placed your Order you have a 7 day cooling off period in which time you can either cancel or Alter your order. After this it will become a binding contract between you and ourselves.
This can be done either via the telephone or by email or Fax.(we will ring or email back to confirm your wishes, if you do not hear then please remit your request in case it hasn't reached us.) We will also confirm your wishes in writing.
After the 7 day cooling off period it will become a binding contract between you and ourselves.(this does not affect your statutory rights)

If for whatever reason you wish to return any item please write and inform us before the 21day guarantee is over. Failture to do this will mean that you have accepted our sale terms and our contract will be complete.
We will allways do our best to remedy any problem whether it is a fault or perhaps size issue, so please do tell us.
After we receive any wish on your behalf to return the goods then we will arrange to collect the items from you at a time & day that suit's both parties. We will expect the goods to be in the same condition as when there were delivered (other than the fault reported) failture to keep the goods in reasonable condition will affect the refund of money as we will take into account any damage caused and deduct the cost of fixing.
When the delivery driver pick's up the goods an inspection will be performed in front of the customer and any fault or damage caused will then be notifed to them. If all is correct then a full refund will be arranged within 7 working Days.
